During the 1840s mentioned as a close friend and relative to families von Hassell / Cooper / DuBourdieu then in and about Stade, Hannover, Germany. Possessed an album; contributions between 1840 and 1847 in German and English by members of said families. Including Lavinia Sally Anne Dubourdieu (mother of Lavinia Frances Graham) who might have been his grandmother. (Dubourdieu was the name of her third husband; Graham was the first.)
